IT are looking for an ambitious and driven 1st Line Support Engineer to join a skilled team that delivers high quality support for complex infrastructure and excellent customer service to our clients.
The role demands strong communication skills and a passion for developing long-standing relationships with colleagues, clients and partners.
A successful candidate will have the capability to deliver resolution to problems within Service Level Agreements. They will also have experience troubleshooting and managing issues across the range of technologies listed here. Critically, they will appreciate the importance of delivering not just a solution, but the right solution and will be able to articulate the difference.
